Connect to Oracle 9i database using PL/SQL Developer [message #289524]

Hi,
I have just installed Oracle 9i database on a Windows Server 2003 running in VMWare Workstation hosted on a Windows XP x64 Edition. I want to connect to the database using PL/SQL Developer but I cannot. I can connect to it using iSQL*Plus and also using Oracle SQL Developer (on the VM host machine). Here are my configuration details:

VMWare Host Name (Windows XP x64): star-1 (IP:192.168.1.15)
Guest OS Name (Windows 2003): rkgit-ora9i (IP: 192.168.1.16)
Oracle service name: srb.ora9i
Database user name: hr
Listener port: 1521

Can anyone tell me what is the method to connect to the database using PL/SQL Developer?

No, there is no error message. If there is I can't see it because the resulting dialog box is too small (and it doesn't get bigger).

I am entering hr as the user name and the password. I don't know what to enter in the database field.

I have tried the connect string that I use with Oracle SQL Developer 1.2 which goes as:
<user>@//<host-name>:<port>/<service-name>
eg,
hr@//rkgit-ora9i:1521/srb.ora9i
but this doesn't work.
Any help would be appreciated.
