I've lost my server and only have file Usr1orcl.ora, ¿can I recover any data only having this file?

Hi,
you can rebuild the Database with the *.orta file but you need the datafiles from the tablespaces to recover data. Only the Structure of that DB can be rebuild with the init*.ora (if this is the Usr1ora1.ora at your side). You need the file like system1.dbf, user1.dbf ..... data1.dbf, ... to recover the data
