Easy:
first question: How come you still call it Developer 2000?
second question: Tell me about your previous projects with these tools; tell me what YOU did.
third question: What do you like and dislike about Forms and what about Reports?
Those three questions should provide me more than enough insight in how much you know. The third question is bound to lead to some discussion, during which I will know within two minutes if you just learned an answer by heart or really know what you are talking about.
