I have a problem in runnig my session. some other users blocing my session for Libray cache Lock.
what is Library Cache lock?
How can i resolve this issue?

If you'd read OraFAQ Forum Guide BEFORE posting, you'd show that "ASAP" is a good way to get no answer for 2 reasons...
As well as not searching in the documentation and not posting your Oracle version.
