where can i find the certification details and related with download the books

After i selected the country code(India).. I got the eror like "We're sorry, the page you requested was not found"(404)... why its happended?

I have completed the Oracle cerified Associate. Now I have decide to write the Data warehousing certifications.pls suggest me whether my decision is correct or not?

If yes,what is the exam code for dataware housing certifications? else what can i do further
