Dear All
I am OCP in orcle 9i Developer Track. Now I want to upgrade my self
to Oracle 10g. Please tell me Which exam i have to give. And from
where i can get the study Material. And is there any discount policy
if i give the upgradation exam immediately.

this is the authentic website for all the info...for study material, there is self test software, transcender, written study guide, and at least one more vendor which is quite less costly, but I forget his name..

dear
I try to get information from oracle official site where i get the information only about 10g certification for DBA.
Does the upgradation exam for 9i dba and 9i developer to 10g is same. Both developer and dba have to give same upgradation exam for 10g or different exam.
Provide me the Complete detail about OCP 9i Developer Track to 10g. I have not find any useful information from link provieded by you.

Sure. You waited 20 whole minutes for it! How on earth can this be so urgent? It will take time to study for the exam, you know?
A very large part of being a developer is being able to find out things YOURSELF.

One thing that should be clear is: the path of developer and dba are very very different and so upgrade exam for developer and dba can NOT be the same!

another thing that I saw is: there is no 10g upgrade path for development track yet! so what you are seeking (upgrade of 9i ocp dev. track to 10g ocp , is not yet designed even! Good news?

one reason why u can not see the content of URL is, I guess, th e URL changes to that of choosing the country..in that case choose India and then go ahead chooose certification tab..and try to browse around!

Thanks I have already viewed this upgradation page but i did not find any 10g upgradation detail for developer track on this page. Thanks for information that you have provieded. Can i upgrade my self from 9i developer track to 10g DBA. If i will do it how many exams i have to give.Or I have to wait for 10g upgradation developer track.

The answer my friend would be a big NO! these two are completely different work just as day and night are different..so there is no way you upgrade from 9i developer certification to 10g dba certification!...so yes keep checking the site for upgrade details for 10g ocp track and when you see that available , you can go for it! but from dev. to dba etc..no way!
