primary db 64 bit oracle (10g r2)
standby db 32 bit oracle (10g r2)

is it possible to crate such a data protection solution with data guard that works

Yes...as long as the Oracle image is the same version (Hardware and Operating System Requirements).

But when you mention 64-bit Oracle and 32-bit Oracle, if you are truly referring to the Oracle software image version and not the platform image, then you can't.
