Hello All,

May be i did not clear myself in my earlier question. Here what i should have asked:

I have a process running against the database which does update, delete and select in one batch. I was wondering, how could i monitor the memory consumption on this process? I.E, buffer cache used, SGA used and java memory used if any. Is there a way to get these statistics?

Also how do i determine free buffer cache, java memory and shared pool on a oracle database?

Apprecaited if someone please take a moment to answer this.

Thanks,
California.

Depending on your version you can. You can also see some things as an O/S user.
