My SQL Nav program crashed this morning, and when I reopened it the menu bars and toolbars have all disappeared!
Because they are not there, there is no way to select tools or options in order to bring them back, so how can I reset them and make them appear?
I also do not have the tabs at the bottom of the window to switch between scripts, but i'm guessing the 2 are probably linked?
I've tried the usual rebooting my computer, also got IT to uninstall and reinstall the program itself, but to no avail!
Any suggestions you have would be very greatfully appreciated, thanks in advance!

You will need to blow away the registry entries and then reinstall your sql nav
here is what you should do
(1) Uninstall sql navigator
(2) remove the program files\qwest\sqlnavigator 4 directory
(3) start regedt32
find the sqlnavigator keys in hkey_local machine and hkey current user
(4) remove the root sql navigator
(it will be under hkey_current_user->software->qwest software)
(5) reboot your machine
(6) reinstall your sqlnavigator
The menus should reappear
