So compile it! Open the report using Oracle 10g Reports Builder, press simultaneously <Ctrl + Shift + K>, create the .REP file and that's it.

Why you are Using RwConverter and All these Stuff's Just Compile and Generate if Needed.Somtime it will Show a message that you are Compiling Report in Higher Version it may Lose some Information or data-Proceed with that and check for Libraries wether Loaded or Not if not Attach again and Compile. Most of the Time its Working atleast for me...

True; that is the case in Reports 10g.

<Ctrl + Shift + K> will "compile all", but <Ctrl + T> will not create the .REP file. In order to create it, go to the "File" menu and select "Export".

I was running into the same issue, but I appended userid=username/pwd@db_name and it worked.

Try it like this, just a thought...

server:PORT/reports/rwservlet?report=reportname.rdf+userid=username/pwd@db+destype=printer
