Hi,
I am trying to implement the Single Node Oracle RAC. I have been using the document http://www.dizwell.com/prod/node/28, and have been successful so far having installed the CRS and the Database. The single Node is up but when I tried to use the srvctl tool,
“srvctl stop nodeapps –n fable” – according to the documentation, I got the following error.
CRS-0210 : Could not find resource ora.fable.LISTENER.LOCALHOST.LSAR
CRS-0216 : Could not stop resource ora.fable.ons
CRS-0216 : Could not stop resource ora.fable.vip
CRS-0216 : Could not stop resource ora.fable.gsd
Also I was trying to configure the ASM and made the required entries into the init+ASM1.ora file.
Ive set the ORACLE_SID to +ASM1 but I do not have an entry in the listener.ora for that SID.
I was wondering how to connect to sqlplus to startup the asm.
Also I haven’t configured the tnsnames so I was wondering if I have to configure tnsnames.ora and listener.ora for the +ASM1 sid.
