Interesting move! Users can download the ISO’s for free. However, Oracle wants you to pay them for support:

http://linux.oracle.com
... purchase Linux support from the Oracle Unbreakable Linux Store.

The good news is that it would be cheaper to obtain support from Oracle than from Redhat.

It appears that Oracle wants to go futher that just providing support for Linux, they want to get into the O/S game itself. They plan to release their own version of Linux (Will Oracle Linux Kill Red Hat?).
