Hi,

in_file := text_io.Fopen('d:stagesystemreport.txt','sr')

What is 's' for? in 'sr'.

Secondly, I think the problem is that the handler was lost, I have had similar problems many times. If you give the file different name then it will work fine.
Once the machine from where the form is running reboots, you can use the old name again.
