Hi
plz tell me which way is better n how ?
writing a C program with embedded SQL(Por*c).
write a C program and call a STORED PROCEDURE(PL/SQL).
which factor determines the decision.

The main factor should be what the requirements are, and what skills You/Your organization posesses.
Fx. Are You developing for web, fat client etc.?
