I doubt if it's a server problem. What browser is he using?

Also ask him to try the following:

1. Test with a different type of browser
2. Clear cookie cache
3. Logout and login again
4. Patch his system

DID logout & Login back.

TRIED from another computer too.


After clicking new topic..just pasting note & clicking on create topic...less then a min. Then too getiing above error.

Somehow these users can post simple messages to the test forum. However, when they cut and paste text with special characters into the forum, they are likely to get this error.
