I get this error whenever i try to use sqlldr command ..i tried giving entir path for the control file, it still doesnt work...any solutions?

SQL*Loader-500: Unable to open file (demoemp.ctl)
SQL*Loader-553: file not found
SQL*Loader-509: System error: The system cannot find the file specified.

are u giving pathname like this?

c:> sqlldr username/pwd@cstring c:mydirdemoemp.ctl

check control file full name (notepad adds .txt to end of file name while saving).
