Hi,
i have 2 tables
tab1(col1,col2,col3,col4,col5)
tab2(col1,col2,col3,col4,col5)

Now i want to get the records which are not matching with each other.

I am able to get the matching records with
select * from tab1 t1,tab2 t2
where
t1.col1 = t2.col1
and t1.col2 = t2.col2
and t1.col3 = t2.col3
and t1.col4 = t2.col4

But how do i get the records which are not matching
