I'm beginning my dissertation that is about Customer Segmentation and CRM. As I know the contemporal situation the most forward are Oracle's business solutions. So I want to connect my dissertation with Oracle E-Business Suite systems. Now I need to estimate what aspects of existing algorithms using in it are to be improved.

But in Oracle site I've not found sufficient demos or documentation to do it. Tell me please, how it is possible to find aspects to make scientificaly new methods connected with Oracle E-Business Suite.

I'm in Russia in St-Petersburg State Electrotechnical University.
