Every one..

I am a OCP DBA. What is the advice that u people can give me to take an OCM certification. How easy it is. What is the skill set that we shaould get equipped. What is the role for an OCM.What will be his salary package.

Could some one suggest me.... what to do next.....

the ocm exam is tough as it involves complete evaluation of your skills from starting a new database and crashing abnd recovering all in a stipulated time which is allotted in your exam, unless you are mastered on all these skills it would be tough for you to clear teh OCm exam, as it involves a lot of opractical demonstartion
