Hi to all

When i try to use the sql loader utility in TOAD (connecting remote database)it generates the following error
"Message 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=ULMessage 2100 not found; No message file for product=RDBMS, facility=UL"

But the sql loader in toad is sucessful if i try it with another local database.

searched the net . Only information i have is to check the "environment variables aren't set right". I am not a DBA guy i work on PL/SQL.

Can any one throw some light on it.

What version is the db that is giving problems?
What version is the other db?

Connect to MetaLink and search for "loader 2100", note 1081848.6 is addressing your problem.

Both are of the same version
8.0.6.0.0

I ma new to ORAFAQ. Can u guide me to obtain Metalink

It's the official Oracle Support site, and it can be found at http://metalink.oracle.com. Ask your Oracle responsible for access. You need a Support Identifier.
