One of my servers is slow this week with no obvious reason.
There's plenty of space, memory, no locks and blocks, no bad sql found, etc. The OS CPU is 98 and up, memory swappin - high...
What will be the best way to find out what's goign on on the box?

All the waits I have are on the SQL*Net break/reset to client, SQL*Net message to client, wait for unread message on broadcast channel.
DBSNMP and SYSMAN are the top users.
Right now there's 1 user on the box running:
Drop User UName cascade; - for 4 old users
EM doesn't respond at all - restarting did not help.
Any advise is greatly appreciated.
