Can anyone tell, What is meant by "Flex" in Oracle Reports Developer ?

Tell me the Definition or useful links

The flex "button" in the toolbar is used to enlarge or scale down frames without compromising the structure of the report. Some reports get fairly complex with their frames and nested-ness. If you select a field/text item/some object within a frame and you need more room, enable flex, and use the up/down/left/right arrow keys to enlarge/scale down the frame in the respective direction. To see how this works, just create a frame, throw an object in it, enable flex and use the arrows to observe the results.
