hi,

i am new to this forum and oracle , i am doing report customization, and i have a portion of the report where i want it to be appeared in the end(tail) of the report, i have arrange it as i need in the report layout, but when i print a lot of info. the portion that should be the tail, have appeared in the details section(togther with the main info) and some of them was overlap.

could anybody please help me...i am really new in this oracle.

Dear Suehasan

Do the following.
Go to Object Navigator
Report > Main Section > Body > Repeating Group

(Note: - Repeating group name is set by default as “R_G_YourColName”. You can recognize it with “R_G”.)
Now got property palette of Repeating Group

Repeating Frame > Maximum Records Per Page

Set the maximum number of record which don’t disturb / overlap your footers and bottom notes.
