I have the same problem and want to know how to install this ones.

Don't report to get attention.

a. Did you try it?
b. Did you read the installation manual?
c. Did you receive an error message?
d. Did the installation fail/hang without an error message?

The installation of Oracle IDS is not that hard, it's just a next-next-finish job. Afterwards you create an Oracle Designer repository and you're off...
