Hello everyone.

I am having an issue with a basic line object in Reports (I'm in 6i, only client/server at this point). The line in question is printed at the end of every group (job). To give a clear picture, I have subtotals for a group, I print the line, then continue with the next group on the next page. This is another way of saying that the Print Object On property is set to Last Page. The report runs fine if the line width is hairline. However, I wanted to make them 1pt for this report. Every other line prints fine regardless of the line format, but this line will not allow me to change the width! I just go to Format -> Line Width -> 1pt and it yields the REP-1216 (object has illegal print condition). Why in the world would the line width have anything to do with this error? Has anybody seen this before?

Thanks in advance and
Regards,
Steve

I second that Laughing

But I must admit it's a lot better now than in Reports 2.5
