No, you cannot.
Views do not store any data and are Procedural i.e. based on the query on which they were formed, they fetch data.

No you cannot create index on view.
View does not have any structure of its own.
A view is created on single or mutiple tables.
The tables created can will have indexes and not on the columns selected for the view.
