hi,
where could i find the error codes & the relevent error definitions or say messages.

best place is error messages documentation.

if you want to know error message of particular error number, just run 3 lines script below (dont forget to run set serveroutput on )

SQL> set serveroutput on
begin
dbms_output.put_line(sqlerrm(to_number('-0'||'&errornumber')));
end;
/

or if you want to display first 100 error messages

SQL> set serveroutput on size 100000

begin
for i in 1..100 loop
dbms_output.put_line(sqlerrm(to_number('-0'||i)));
end loop;
end;
/
