I have a situation like this:
I want to create a line chart that shows week in x-axis and price in y-axis. Subcategory is customer. Everything goes fine if i look at data for only one year. But if i make a select that returns weeks for years 2002 and 2003, the graph doesn't work right. Graphics doesn't seem to understand that year changes, it draws a line to the beginning of the weeks. Datatype of x-axis is continuos.
data looks like this:
YEAR WEEK CUSTOMER PRODUCT PRICE
2002 51 1 1 100
2002 51 2 1 200
2002 52 1 1 150
2002 52 2 1 200
2003 1 1 1 175
2003 1 2 1 180
Can someone help me with this situation?
I tried to make a sollution to this problem in data looking like this:
DATE CUSTOMER PRODUCT PRICE
13-jan-2003 1 1 100
13-jan-2003 2 1 200
20-jan-2003 1 1 150
20-jan-2003 2 1 200
27-jan-2003 1 1 175
27-jan-2003 2 1 180
Then i put the datatype of x-axis to date and step size to week and then i selected the week to be displayed. But instead of showing the weeknumber, it shows the first day of these weeks (11, 18, 25).
This could be a very nice way to do this, but how can i get graphics to show weeks number instead of first day of that week?
