I am trying to call a report from a form 6i but I am getting the the error

Rep:0118 Unable to create temporary file. I checked up the error and it was not helpful. Please assist

Reports60_tmp in registry points to C:WINNTtemp. This folder already exists. Can someone help here please!!

The Sharing of the Folder on which the REP is, is set to READ only, kindly give Write permission to the same.

check oracle.ini file, make sure this statement is present:
[[REPORT25]]
REPORTS25_TMP=c:temp
