hi guys,

I'm in need of some suggestions urgently to work around this
problem.I'm getting an error (rep-1849 :failed while printing) when I
try to print reports in developer 6i.can anyone help me as to why this
is happening.u can mail your inputs at my maid-id as mentioned.i will
appreciate any work around this problem.we are running out of time.

HELLO ,
TRY TO COPY THE PRINTER FILES FROM SOME OTHER
MACHINE , (WHICH RESIDES IN
ORAWIN../REPORTS../PRINTER) TRY TO OVERWRITE THE WHOLE PRINTER FOLDER AND CHECK FOR PRINTING THE REPORT
HOPEFULY IT WILL WORK FOR YOU

Hi,

Check for .prt files (printer definition files) where ur RDF or REP is located.
