Converting Discoverer Report to an Oracle Report [message #88361]

We currently have a Report in Discoverer and would like to create and run it as an Oracle Report instead. We are currently have an 8i Database running Oracle 11i Financials. What is the easiest method for converting a Discoverer Report into an Oracle Report?
All suggestions apprectiated.

There is no way to convert a Discoverer report to an oracle report.

reuse the statements in discoverer while building your NEW oracle repors :)

Hi
You can always convert a discoverer report (.dis) file into Oracle Report (.rdf) file.
Go to File->Export
select file type as .rdf
but the report will be no longer a dynamic.
you can now open this report using Reports Runtime.
