let try this:
- run regedit
- add string 'REPORTS25_TMP' = <your dir> for temp file when running report in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREORACLE
- RUN REPORT AGAIN

Hey all i did was to create an "Reports25_tmp" directory on "C:" and it worked fine! good luck!!.
