Hi
I have recently started at a company and am trying to fix the headcount report. It is pulling mulitple rows for each person which reports on each change made in the employee's oracle file. I have managed to TRUNC(sysdate) any changes in the People and Assignment screen as both of those have effective from and to dates. However, there is a field that reports Parent Organization and it does not appear to have an effective from and to date. Does anyone know what the command is to pull only the most recent Parent Organization?
