First, I would like to thank you all who r taking initiative to clear this doubt.

I have set the size of the matrix report to A3 size(16*11).

On executing the report, all the datas are getting retrieved and displayed and while taking a printout I am having the problem, that one of the column is getting splitted. How to overcome this. Kindly help me out and it is urgent.

Hi Ramu

When you say split, do you mean that couln is being printed on two sheets?

If yes, then plaese decrease the column sizes or overall font of the report.
