Hello all -

I would like to know how I can utilize radio buttons in Forms 6i.  I am trying to build a flexible front end that will allow users to

1) Sort by the selected radio button (add a lexical parameter to a report and sort by what the user selected, in other words, utilize a dynamic WHERE clause)

2) Group by selected radio button (similar to the above)

3) Have the option of filtering based on certain criteria (namely the union to which an employee belongs)  For this portion I was thinking of using a checkbox that when checked will allow the user to select from a LOV of unions, and when not checked, disables the LOV combobox)

I am new to form design, so please be clear when instructing.  I will do my best to follow.  Thank you in advance!
