How can i use function key  key_f1 ,key_f2,key_f3 ....etc

in developer 6i?

By writing Key- triggers....
If you wish to change the Default functionality fo these Keys then you need to edit FMRUSW.RES file.
Remember that above mentioned file can be edited only using Oracle Terminal.
