i need urgent help to open a calender upon clicking a item which of type date. if u can provide me the details,it will be of great help.

Forms 9i has come with built-ins that will show calendar similar to what they have in Oracle Apps.
If you dont have any of these, you have to create of your own.

can u tell me how to use the built ins i.r what is the detailed step by step process for implementing the calender.

I have not tried creating in 9i. My Forms9i has some problem due to the latest virus.
