execute query not working on other block [message #84654]

i m having 2 blocks, 1 for data ,2nd for buttons,
i can enter query through button ,but unable to execute it from button(form6i on win98 ) ,i have tried go_block,

you must navigate to an item/first item in block 1

i have tried go_item, as well as go_block,i have also tried setting toolbar's(it is separate block on horizontal toolbar canvas)query allowed property to no,
but it doesn't work.
