can anyone plz help me out that how can i read into or write into a file present at the local machine as i cannot use util.file command bcos i cannot set the parameters for the util.file directory.

can u plz tell me the structure of the text_io package ,what r the commands to be used to read/write file, a sample code will be of great help.
