hi.

i work on a pc with win xp. i'm unable to perform Oracle installation (too difficult, or my soft is dammaged, or i'm too stupid !). the only thing i need is to find the data dictionnary from a database. is Oracle needed to be installed on my computer to find this dictionnary ? is there soft with which we can find the dictionnary, and read it without installing Oracle ?

thx !
