When I run the form I have created straight away a box appears with a red bell on it saying 'Please acknowledge message'. The only option given is OK. This happens again in Execute query mode and when moving between records. I can't find any information on this. How do I get rid of it?

I think the option debug messages of
the runtime option of the preferences menu from the edit menu in the object navigator window is ticked. for that reason u r getting the message.

tick it off to suppress the message.
