I run a form with Form Builder.
Where initialization form I see this message: FRM-41045 Cannot find item: invalid ID (7 times).
Please, tell me why this message is apear?

Hi,

See Metalink Note: 1003670.6: "FRM-41045 CANNOT FIND ITEM: INVALID ID". If you don't have access ask your DBA or somebody else to mail/print it for you.
