The documentation says to specify the login information in formsweb.cfg as

[[myapp]]

form=test.fmx

userid=scott/tiger@ORCL

When I do this, I am still prompted for LOGON.  There are no errors generated (that I know of) -- nothing is reported..

 

Any ideas?
