This is similar to a question already posted. I had installed Designer9i. I can connect to all databases in SQL plus, as well as any connection that is on Application server. The only thing that has changed is the loadpsp function. The usual way is to cd.. to the directory where .psp file resides, then loadpsp....., but now I have to use a work around like copying the file(.psp) to the BIN directory to make it work or else it gives me the error ORA-12154 TNS:could not resolve service name? Also, it caused the same error using A.S.P. in which it was working prior to installing Designer9i.
I did comment all the entries in sqlnet.ora, but no go
any suggestion would be great, thanks.
