hello
my oracle forms cant connect with database in th same system but it connect with the database on diff machine

actually my dattase is in D:

and forms are in c:

but i dont know why this is happenning pls hellp me

I haven't understood your problem exactly but i think that the database on your system is not having global database name in your init.ora file.

tell me eaxctly what's the error u r getting while trying to connect to the database.
