Why only one row is not yet diaplyed? [message #83760]

hi friend!
there are 400,000 rows in a table but when i search record from Developer FORM (master form) only one record containing MRN # '4043007792' is not yet displayed Fleshing message "Your search criteria identified no matches, try again" but it is displaying well when i used SQL prompt or some other Master-Detail Form.
All other rows are dispalying properly in all (also in master-detail relational ) form
what is the problem? can anybody help me please?

Do u have a list item on the master block. If so make sure that all the possible values are specified in the list

thanx for ur response
actually all record are entered through the FORM

and other problem is that at form startup i specified row to display but not yet displayed eventhough that record can visible/retrieve in SQL prompt

thank you very much for ur response
yeah i am using List Item and all possible values are specified although all records are entered through the FORM

and other problem is that at form startup i specified row to display but not yet displayed eventhough that record can visible/retrieve in SQL prompt
