hi when i trying to connect oracle9i db with forms9i i am getting an errors when iam trying to connect with service name
12154 tns could not resolve service name
but i can connect with sql plus using host string(service name) and the tnsping also working well.i installed in the oracle home
when i am trying to connect without service name i am getting
ora 12705 invalid or unknown NlS parameter value specified
how to correct this error i cheked the registry it showing the variable NLS_LANG = NA
how to correct these error.i am not able to connect the database now
pls help
