We launch our applications from a menu generated in Powerbuilder.

We have used MS Access with no problems, but we are moving to developer 2000, this is new for me.

MS Access allows you to launch an app using /cmd and you can pass information, once in MS access you'd use the command() feature to retreive info passed.

Is there something similar with Developer 2000, that you'd enter into a shortcut to launch an application in D2000.

I know

C:APPSorawinBinf45run.exe <Path of fmx file>.fmx

will launch the app.

Could I add anything in the launch such as a name that would appear in the D2000 app.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
