I installed Oracle9iDS in Window XP recently.
But whenever I run a form, the URL shows http://%%20"http://myMachineName:8888/forms90/f90servlet? form=........", and result is "Page is not found.". So I have to manually delete the front part of URL, http://%%20 to make it work. Is there any better way?

Please help?
