I am having "File1.fmb" in one folder.
I did changes in "File1.fmb" and saved in other folder.
Now I am having two different versions of the same file named "File1.fmb"
I want to know what are all the changes have been done in the File1.fmb

Is there any tool availabe to compare these files.

You could convert them to FMT files via File-->Administration in your Forms builder. Then you have flat text files which are more easy to compare.
